Scores are AI-generated estimates based on available data. Every score includes a confidence level (High, Medium, or Low) and shows the reasoning behind each KPI rating. We never fabricate certifications or test results. When data is insufficient, we clearly label scores as "Estimated" or "Preliminary."
Free users get 3 product scans per month. Each scan includes the full 10-KPI sustainability score. Upgrade to Claro Pro for unlimited scans, detailed KPI breakdowns, alternative suggestions, and more.
Yes. Claro Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through your iPhone Settings. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
We collect your account information and product scan data to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Product photos are processed for identification only and are not stored permanently. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can request account deletion by emailing support@claroapp.ch. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request, as required by Swiss nFADP and EU GDPR.
